1. About Us

Pass and Move Football Coaching (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered Partnership business.

2. Eligibility

• Camps are open to children aged 7–12 years at the time of attendance.

• Pass and Move Football Coaching sessions are fully inclusive and open to both boys and girls of all abilities.

• Participants must be physically fit to take part in football activities. Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs must be declared at the time of booking.

• Parents/guardians must complete all required registration and consent forms prior to attendance.

• Pass and Move reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a place if a child’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

• Suitable football clothing, shin pads and appropriate footwear (moulded boots or astro trainers for 3G surface) must be worn.

• Children must bring a packed lunch, refillable water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing.



3. Registration & Payment

• Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 20 participants per day.

• Participant numbers may be adjusted depending on coach availability to ensure appropriate coach-to-player ratios and to maintain high safeguarding standards at all times.

All prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT if charged.

  • Payment is taken at registration via secure checkout.
  • Your child’s place is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Discounts cannot be combined, one can only be used at a time.
  • If a discount code is required (e.g., sibling), it must be applied at checkout—codes cannot be retro-applied after purchase.
  • We reserve the right to verify eligibility for any discount and to refuse or cancel orders if misuse is detected.



4. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Where these Terms and that policy differ, the policy will apply to refund amounts and timelines.




5. Safety & Behaviour

  • All staff/volunteers involved with camps are DBS-checked and follow safeguarding procedures. We also coach in schools, where all our coaching documentation has been verified.
  • Participants must follow staff instructions and behave respectfully towards others and equipment.
  • Serious or persistent unsafe behaviour (including bullying or violence) may result in removal without refund.
  • Our safeguarding and H&S approaches are outlined in the Safeguarding Policy and Health & Safety Policy.

6. Medical & Emergency

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical, allergy, and emergency contact details during registration and keep them up to date.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for undeclared conditions or needs.
  • In an emergency we may administer basic first aid and/or contact emergency services and the parent/guardian.

7. Liability

  • We hold Public Liability Insurance appropriate for youth sports activities.
  • Personal belongings brought to camp are at the owner’s risk.



8. Photography & Media

We may take photos/videos during camp for promotional purposes. You can opt out on the registration form and/or by contacting us at any time. We will respect your choice.




9. Intellectual Property

Logos, branding, copy, images, and other materials are the property of Pass and Move Football Coaching (or our collaborators). You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without written permission.




10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to us using your data to administer bookings, communicate important updates, and ensure safety.




11. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint, please email info@passandmovefc.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and respond as quickly as possible.




12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period.




13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.




14. Partnership & Venue Agreement

Pass and Move Football Coaching delivers sessions in partnership with Everyone Active at Cotswold Leisure Centre.

While we work closely with Everyone Active, Pass and Move Football Coaching is an independent coaching provider and is fully responsible for the delivery, supervision and management of all football sessions.

All participants must follow the site rules and codes of conduct set by Pass and Move Football Coaching, Everyone Active and Cotswold Leisure Centre whilst on the premises. Failure to adhere to venue rules may result in removal from the session without refund.
